RULES AND REGULATIONS

Please read the following carefully before signing and returning your Entry Form

  1. Minis4kidsis organised & promoted in aid of Local Children’s Charities.
  2. Minis4kidsis a not for profit organisation.
  3. The event name and logo may not be reproduced without the written consent of the Organisers.
  4. The Charity’s name and logo cannot be reproduced without the explicit consent of the Charity.
  5. Acceptance of an application for participation will be sent within 14 days of receipt of a completed and signed Entry Form which must be accompanied by the full entry donation.
  6. All entries must be received before the closing date to guarantee eligibility for participation.
  7. The organisers reserve the right to decline acceptance of an application for participation.
  8. All vehicles must be Mini, MINI or Mini based Kit Cars.
  9. The Entry Fee includes entry into the fund raising competitions, discounts with a number of retailers at Gunwharf Quays,
  10. All cheques must be made payable to “Fort Nelson Mini Show” and sent to the organiser’s office.
  11. Max speed of 5mph whilst driving onsite.          
  12. No vehicles will be allowed to move during the day.         
  13. Only pre-booked entries with the relevant event sticker displayed will be allowed onsite. Failure to display your run sticker/pass on arrival may delay your entry or result in an alternate parking area. 
  14. All vehicles must have an oil drip tray, which must be placed under the car and held securely in place for the duration of the event.        
  15. Due to space limitations and the issue of public health and safety, we are unable to allow display boards around any vehicles without prior permission from the organisers in advance and the provision of public liability insurance. A copy of the insurance certificate must be shown and available on the day.
  16. No promotional materials may be displayed in any other location other than inside your car for the duration of the event. Fly posting is strictly forbidden.
  17. The use of loud speaker and PA equipment is prohibited. This includes the use of car stereo equipment onsite.
  18. All vehicles must be securely parked for the duration of the event. Any vehicle deemed to be unsafe by the event organisers will be barred from entry onto the event.
 

Liability

 

  1. The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any vehicle or personal losshowsoever incurred.
  2. It is understood that the signature on the Entry Form signifies understanding, acceptance and compliance with all above Rules & Regulations, by ALL persons named on the Entry Form.
